I purchased this absolutely gorgeous Porsche 911 from Landmark Motors. Fred is 100% the reason I felt comfortable making this purchase from out of state. I was hesitant at first to go through with it, but Fred did everything he could to make me comfortable from beginning to end. Super impressed that he was willing to work with me remotely. I’m so glad Fred was there to guide me through this purchase and delivery. I could have missed out on this beautiful Targa if it wasn’t for him!

Front my first interaction with Landmark, the experience was completely different than that of a traditional dealership. Fred was professional and personable and allowed me time by myself to look over the car (which had been incredibly detailed). Every car on the lot is in beautiful condition - it’s clear they put a lot of time and effort into providing top-notch vehicles at fair prices. I purchased the car and am very happy with it, and my experience with the Landmark team made it even better. When I’m in need of another car, I’ll make Landmark my first stop. EDIT: Editing to say that if you experience any issue with your vehicle before driving off the lot - make sure there’s something in writing that covers you. My Audi had an air pressure warning that I asked them to resolve before leaving and it seems all that was done was resetting the warning. Turns out there was a nail in the tire letting out pressure slowly that was not able to be repaired. Ended up costing me $450 to replace the tire.

The team at Landmark was so helpful and positive from the get-go despite me being remote, they immediately recorded a youtube tour video to meet my needs as i was tied up in meetings all day and needed to review at my leisure. Even though I did not end up buying the vehicle i was left with such a good impression that I will most certainly be looking at their inventory next time i am car shopping – again even though I am remote! This is how impressed I was.

This post is exclusively speaking about the customer experience at Landmark Motors. I did not purchase a vehicle from them They had a vehicle that I was interested in test driving and potentially buying. I emailed them to set up an appointment for the test drive. In the email I asked if I could come at 6:30, not realizing they close at 6. I got a reply back from Garrett with an enthusiastic "yes." He mentioned he'd have the car ready for me. I arrived before the appointment at just before six. This was after driving 45 minutes to get there. When I walked in and spoke to Garrett he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He suggested that I was the one mistaken so I proved it to him by showing him his email. He then asked "well are you ready to do a very quick test drive and then sign quickly?" When I said no he told me that I'd need to come back another time. Overall my experience working with them was terrible and a complete waste of time. Needless to say I will not be buying a vehicle from them .

After an exhaustive search I bought my dream car from Fred and Garrett and Landmark and can't speak highly enough about their service. From the initial conversations when I just stopped by to chat, through the subsequent test drive and on to the purchasing process the Landmark team was extremely helpful and accommodating. They are an easy going no pressure sales team and gave me a fair offer on my trade. We handled all the paperwork online and I simply came in for a quick document signing at pickup.
